Meditation Sessions:
What: Regular meditation sessions guided by experienced practitioners.
Purpose: To help members achieve mental clarity and inner peace.
Frequency: Weekly.
Yoga Classes:
What: Yoga classes focusing on physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.
Purpose: To promote health and mindfulness.
Frequency: Twice a week.
Spiritual Discussions and Talks:
What: Discussions on various spiritual topics and guest lectures by spiritual leaders.
Purpose: To broaden understanding and perspectives on spirituality.
Frequency: Monthly.
Retreats and Workshops:
What: Spiritual retreats and workshops focusing on self-discovery and personal growth.
Purpose: To provide immersive experiences for deep spiritual connection.
Frequency: Quarterly.
Community Service:
What: Volunteering activities and community service projects.
Purpose: To practice compassion and give back to the community.
Frequency: As scheduled.
Membership and Joining
Eligibility: Open to all students of UPES University.
How to Join: Fill out the membership form available on the UCClubs website or contact the club directly through their social media pages.
Membership Fee: A nominal fee to cover event and activity costs.
